Fusilier-Grenadiers



The Fusilier-Grenadiers was formed in 1807 as part of the Middle Guard (La Garde Moyenne). They was organized the same way as the Fusilier-Chasseurs, but a slightly larger formation. The Fusilier-Grenadiers were often operated with its sister formation along with the Fusilier-Chasseurs as part of a Guard Fusilier Brigade. They were later disbanded by Napoleon in 1814 and therefore did not take part in the Battle of Waterloo.

Uniform:
  • Dark blue habit long
  • Red Epaulettes
  • Red Turnbacks
  • White Lapels
  • White Waistcoat
  • White Trousers
  • Shako- Long Red Plumes, White Cords
Requirements:
  1. Had to be veterans of at least 2-3 campaigns.
